Ever accidentally deleted your save file?

I've done this so many times and I really get mad at myself for doing it, haha. I'm quite an obsessive person when it comes to tidying up how my documents look, and generally, most of the games I play save their stuff in the My Documents area. Of course, I go wild, delete my epic save games and then I spend a long time raging.

Have you ever accidentally deleted a save file?

I did it during Feudalism 2 alot, and Zombies DS.

I almost broke the console.
